[solved]G4 Hand Pump Free for the needing and member with at least two posts

I have a G4 Hand Pump I can't use because of my disabilities. There is nothing wrong with it and it's in good working condition. Click on the pictures below for more information about the pump from PA where I bought it new.

I used it twice, or, rather, tried to and then I had my buddy Gary use it to pump up one gun. Since Gary is only here on the weekends, him and the pump aren't a matching pair for someone disabled that really can't use it like myself.

Besides, I've got a ShoeBox compressor and I simply do not need the G4 any longer.

I'd like this to go to someone that actually needs it either for a back up or for someone just starting out.

But, if I am truly giving it a way, I really can't enforce that so I'll leave the potential owner up to his / her honesty in getting it. It's a $200 dollar value and not cheap.

id love to use that pump. it looks like it had the right adapter on the end of the hose and everything for my marauder. and if it doesnt its only a little bit of parts to get it there. ill take it

Okay, Tbone, it's yours! You have to email me your shipping addy with your full name and phone number. You'll probably have to sign for it.

Now, keep in mind that the fittings that PA shows are already assembled when you get it and all you have to do is screw on the hose. You'll have to get your adapter, if you need one, for your M-rod, (didn't you say you had one?) I'm going to include a link with this post to a site that you can download the PDF and Manuel. I don't know if I still have that on hand personally.

But you *should* be able to screw your adapter to the end of the hose fitting and go from there. If you have to get an adapter, be sure you get what rings you'll need, PA is good but they don't think of everything as they are just people too.



You'll need to really crank down the fittings and check them for leaks when you first get started. I thought something was wrong when I first started using mine because I babied the torque I put on it thinking that if I weren't careful I'd strip it: uh, uh. I went round and round with the nice lady I got to know as Stacy (nice lady and VERY smart about air guns!) before I conceded that I was wrong, tightened them up more and had to call back eating crow!

Too, inside the handle is a moister collector. Not the best system in the world but it does help and you'll want to be very cautious about pumping unfiltered air into your PCP air gun. After a time it will rust out the air tube in the gun. Not good. I've seen pics of the results and it isn't a nice thing to look at. So, while not old and not used much, I think I'd get some packets to replace the ones inside the one I'm giving you. They are in the upper part of the handle real easy to get to with one little cap to remove. You should be able to get them at PA or some place similar. I keep a banner for them (PA) for handy looking up on this stuff so feel free to look to your left in this forum and check them out. I don't know if Randy at R&L Airgun Supply Inc has any but I'll be he can be competitive on the price if you'll email him about it---if he has that kind of thing. Randy's banner is at the top and above PA's so I'd give him a check see first.

Too, notice in the pic that the hose is already assembled. That's the way I got it when it shipped: A part from the base. You'll have to screw it in too because I'm not going to ship it together like that for obvious reasons.

I don't have problem with this concept but before you say you want this item, don't waste the time of those that could be speaking up for it if you don't want us to know who it is that we are giving it to.

It simply isn't fair to do that to other people.

None of this is a reflection on Tbone but, rather, a gentle reminder that we will do our best to keep this sort of thing honest and above board.
