    Hello from the Philippines

Post by Bernz on Wed Sep 28, 2011 4:39 pm

Hi to all Very Happy I'm berny. my friends call me bernz. I played around with airguns when i was in my teens. got into airsoft for some timet ill i got bored with that and decided to return to my old flame (airgunning). seems alot has changed since I last held an airrifle; thats why i joined this site to catch up on airgun developements. I see PCPs are in right now in my country, but we're a bit behind. you see PCPs are quite expensive in the Philippines.

hope i could gain friends learn more on air-gunning from here Smile

    Philippine air guns

Post by roachcreek on Wed Oct 12, 2011 6:15 pm

    Berny,

My wife is from Naga City in Bicol, I am planning on building a house there about this time next year.

I get on line and see what is for sale in the Ph about every couple of months, it seems the Armscorp PCP is about the best of the bunch. I am hoping to get one for the house and yard and a scuba tank too.

I have only three air guns here, bt they are pretty special, one is a AAS410 which is a lovely built Brittish rifle in 22 and does about 30 FPE, the next is a Condor AirForce rifle in 25, I shoot my cast bullets out of it at 120 FPE, the I have a xpairguns Ranger 45 that shoots 420 grain bullets at 812 for over 600 FPE, and that one would kick a carabao but big time.

Where in the island are you located? I have been ther 8 times now and enjoy it for a few months at atime. My brother in law is a combat shooter and we go to matches there occaisionally.

    Regards,

    Roachcreek
