It's brand new, still in the vacuum packed shrink wrap from the day it got to me from Midway in the mail. Some history on this one is that I'd looked EVERY where to get this one and couldn't find it. Well, I could find it but no one had it. Buggers! So, I back ordered one on the promise it would get tom in a week.

Yea, right . . . it got to me alright: Almost TWO solid months after I'd already forgotten it and bought one from Cabelas! So, when it came to me, I actually thought it was something else and, without looking at to long, tore into the packaging and there it was, something that confused the Sam Hill out of me! But I went through my records, found it was a legitimate purchase so I couldn't go back on it---even if they would I wouldn't. Just not my nature to do things that way so now I have it, still, and ready for some lucky drawing winner!

I bought these for myself but it is going to be a very long time before I can swing the cost of the next three scopes I want and when that time comes around, I'll swing the cost of new ones then. Besides, I don't know if I'll actually *need* high mounts for these next three Air Guns that are now scope less in my current herd. So, for a long time they'd just be collecting dust and really need to find a good home!

I've not decided yet if I'm joint to just give away my little and twice used G4 hand pump. That may come into the mix as well. I guess how good a mood I'm in that day. So, if you need one, best be nice to me during that time!

Well, brothers, this is about it for now. I'm open to comments and suggestions about how we should go about with our drawings such as should they be one at a time, one drawing that gets bigger the more one post at a time members post a one time post in the drawing thread yet to be created, etc.

I think it's fair to '"Have individual drawings for each prize.'" because more board members will have alot better odds of winning the prize. What fun would it be for the other members should the only winner-wins everything that's my 2 ¢'s. That's my Vote!

Yea, I suspect the time when the more valuable prizes are up for grabs there will be more contestants.

Really, I wish I could enter this one just to see if I'd win anything. I'm like Stub, the only thing I've every won in my life is a couple of 2 dollar lotto tickets.

Sure thing, time for starting another drawing. I think some items wilt and others will draw more attention and new members . Just having the patience to wait contently for the current drawing, could weigh heavily on my Anticipation of a chance to win the 'Big' prize.

Also when I use the various Internet search engines for airgun forums I get every forum but this one. Maybe some meta data is needed??

Depends on your search terms. Try www.airgunsinc.org. You'll find us. I haven't gotten it listed as the internet address you see in the address bar when you are actually at the site. We use a redirect: Not a common theme but still a common practice. Saves you in the long run should you pull up stakes to another remote server since the domain name is privately owned like ours is. Too, if you do a search with a term then our www. link behind it, it'll show too. What are your search terms when you try it?

This would be helpful info. I CAN add some meta tags to make it do a better job. It's one of those things I've been meaning to get around to doing.

Yes, I agree on the pellets but the thing is is that was a "try me out to see" thing on how it would work, what we needed to look out for, whom might abuse it, etc, etc. That's how we came about the rules for the scope and mounts. It's all a learning curve for everybody. I'm not out to just up and give it away for the first few. Only a few would have signed up and then it would have been gone. It's meant to be a fun thing, not a free for all. I'm sure you know what I mean when I say that.

Rome wasn't built in a day but it had a beginning and so have we. We'll get there. Just takes time and perseverance.

OH! Duh-Huh! JEEZ Louise, I can be dense at times. I get it now. Throw another brick at me, Stub, make it draw blood and maybe I'll catch on this time . . .Ugh!

Okay, on that, it's only two tins and ORairgunner is putting that up out of his personal stash. I may have a few tins of something that the 8 in my current herd doesn't like to graze on, but they'd probably be open.

Tins of pellets can range in price but say the average was about 8 bucks depending on what kind you get and you'd need to get something that many makes and models like to eat. That'd be about 8 to 10 bucks a head for a membership.
